Can Smoking Marijuana Affect EKG Readings?

Hello, I have had chest pains for the past 3 day. I just left the Urgent Care and was informed that my EKG levels were abnormal. I wasn t honest with the doctor regarding smoking, because I smoke marijuana. Can that be the cause of an abnormal EKG reading?
