Can Smoking Cause Fainting?

Four months ago i fainted after smoking in the morning before i ate. I have felt faint before in the morning with smoking without eating. Is this a normal reaction to smoking? I also have panic disorder and this fainting episode has got my panic up. My age is 34, i am 5' 6", and i weigh 160 lbs, female and when i went to the doctor after passing out they said i looked like a picture of health of paper - found nothing wrong. I have passed out before when i was younger.

hi dear,
fainting in morning after smoking is unlikely it may also be due to some other reason.
though smoking may cause but not likely.
fainting in morning may be mostly hypoglycemia as since over night not eating and if you not ate good in evening then also such fainting occur.
whether you have any other feature like tongue bite, frothing from mouth, injury during fainting, incontinence, stretching sensation in body?
and your investigation comes normal so not to worry.
quit smoking as it is unhealthy.
and took proper nutritious food.
Thank you
