Can Smoking Be Done After Septoplasty?

i just had a septoplasty this tuesday, it is now friday. i had no bleeding, no packing no nothing. im not in any pain and my nose is not stuffed up that bad. surprisingly i can breathe fine through one nostril already. i was wondering if it would be okay to smoke a little weed or would that do damage to my nose recovery?
