Can Sleeping With A Fan Cause Nose Bleeds?

Hi I was wondering if sleeping with a fan on can cause a really bad nose bleed because I woke one morning at 8:00 and my bloody nose would not stop till 9:30 I felt real light headed I saw the tissue and it had a lot of blood clots as well with the blood

hello,thanks for your query. most common cause of nasal bleeding is nasal picking. i think it could be dried crusts due to overnight fan,you have removed the dried crust over sensitive area of nose. any way, you can start nasal decongesent nasal drops. in persistent and prolonged bleeding u need to see an ent surgeon to rule out the cause and proper treatment.hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
