Can Sinus Problems Causes Headaches And Twitch In The Eye Lids?

I have frequent sinus headaches and pressure in my sinuses. However, I ve had a twitch in my lower eyelid for over a year now. It seems to be worse on the days I have bad sinus issues. My eye doctor said my eyes are fine, so could this be related to my sinuses? Is there something I can do for my sinuses to relieve pain and pressure on a regular basis? I currently take Zyrtec daily.
