Can Shoulder Pain Cause Hemianopsia?

I have suddenly lost my vision in lower half of right eye. I have neck pain for some time from a pinch nerve this causing pins and needles in shoulder down to my hand. I have had tests for heart and stroke , all seams find.could the pinch nerve and shoulder pain be causing me to suddenly loose my sight.

Hi,

Pinched nerves in the neck (or neck pain) do not cause any vision loss so it's not the cause.

Partial loss in visit field is either in the Brain or eye. So you should ask an ophthalmologist to see you in detail to rule out any clot in eye vessel.
