Can Sex Of The Baby Be Detected Based On The Heart Beat Rate ?

Hi, I am 22 yrs and pregnanct with 23 weeks...I has sonogram Yday 23 week and 2 day. my babys heat beat 142.5 per min. Pls let me know if this is fine and I heard that if HB is more than 140 per min its baby girl...Pls assist me.

Welcome to HCM.
First of all hearty congratulations for being pregnant. Your sonogram report is showing that your child in the womb is perfectly alright and growing well.
As for fetal heart rate, it has absolutely nothing to do with sex of the baby, so what you heard is absolutely wrong.
