Yes, your symptoms are most likely due to a pinched nerve
in the thigh region. The nerve most commonly affected is the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve of the thigh, and it commonly gets pinched under the inguinal ligament in the groin region.
Your mild scoliosis
is probably not related to your current problem.
