Hi I am 68 years old, my health is pretty good I have high blood pressure which I became aware of it 3yrs ago, I have a yearly checkup, and my doctor gives me an appointment every three months, my blood pressure has stayed regular for the past 8 months, but this is not the problem, September 1, 2014 I had to go to the hospital, I had pain all over my body, after an examination I was told that I had sciatic nerve pain, ive been so healthy and this pain doesn t go away, I tried all the medicine the hospital and my doctor gave me, not working so well, I really don t like drugs, so I am doing certain excerises, I stop taking these pills, I feel a little bit better, I heard about instaflex which consist of a lot of herbs for pain, I refer to a herbal book, im not use to pain, never really had it like this, so can I use this instaflex. thank you Joyce, ( sorry about the lengthy question)
