Can Repetitive Speech And Memory Loss Symptoms To Get Stroke?

Hi I was just wondering if you could help me my aunt had a stroke about 2 years ago and she was told that she could have another one now she has symptims of short term memory loss and repetative speech and constant headaches and was just wondering what this could mean

YES ,symptoms like short term memory loss /repetitive speech /headaches can be secondary to minor strokes ( LACUNAR infarcts ).
it can be checked with a good MRI BRAIN
treatment is as per standard protocol & regular cardiac check ups .
