HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, diagnosis is more important if this is confirmed worm infestation then anthelmintic can be given according to species of worm, if this is not the worm infestation then it may not work as long as the pain is concern, more over worm infestation may not cause pain unless it causes obstruction, so better to get it confirm the presence of worm instead of thinking about increasing the dose of medicine, such pain could be colicky pain, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
