Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

Upcoming growth may manifest with increasing height, weight, changes in the skin, voice ,increase appetite, etc. But it is not related to fatigue/ illness which recur. If there is illness which recur , then it may mean that there may be some problem with the nutrition , or immunity, even an ongoing illness within the body.

Growth spurt is the sudden changes happening during the teens generally along with many mental changes as well. the physical changes become noticeable.

Wish you good heath
