Can regular masturbation cause heart problems?

Hello!I m 22 , and i am asking if masturbation can cause heart problems or other problems if it s done several (2-3-4 times a day) for some years(7). I have read some articles witch said that more than 4 sexual activities in a week is bad for heart and health. I mention that i have a regular life, with sport and without smoking and alcohol abuse .

Welcome to HCM

Masturbation is quite common in boys of your age,so do not worry there is no relation between heart problem and masturbation not even other health is normal to go for it occasionally .

But excess of everything is bad, during this age take care of your studies and job.

Take care of your diet and exercises.

It is good that no smkoking and alcohol just do not start them some times once you start it becomes difficult to quit.

Take care of yourself
Good Luck to you.
