Can Pus Cells In Urine And Stool, Discharges And Pinworm Be Treated?
Dear Dr. I am females,age of 25 and had advised by gynacologist that i have pus cells whcih causes white discharge and the pus cell are seen in stool also. Besides they foudn that i have pinworm - Ova of enterobius vermicularis seen in stool . Please advise am i porne to more serious diesease as I just went to check reason for only my lost weight from 60 kg to 47kg now in 3 years of time. Please advise. Thank you.

The pus cells in urine with pinworm in stool indicate chronic worm manifestation with recent UTI.
Following measures will help to cure at earliest
- more liquids to maintain hydration status
- urinary alkaliser as citro soda or potassium citrate
- citrus containing fruits or oral chewable preparations of vitamin C
- prescription of urinary antibiotics as fluoroquinolones or else as per the antibiotic susceptibility in culture report
- mebendazole and other eradicative measures for pinworm
In my clinic, after thorough eradication of infection and worms, I do recommend nutritional support and weight regaining program over a period of time till complete recovery.
