I started working out every day and started drinking once a day a protein shake as a supplement for lunch but through out the day snack on veggies and fruits ..first 2 weeks good ..3rd week started getting dizzy for a min..it was once every other day ..the following week it started at least once a day..since I started getting dizzy I stayed off the shakes ..I still. Continue to get dizzy from time to time ..could it be the protein shake?
If it occurred even after you stopped the shakes, it may not be related.
If there is any reduction in your fluid intake or significant change in your diet then this would cause the dizzy spells. Eg if you have altered your salt or other electrolyte intake
You may need to increase your salt intake slightly if it has been changed, use a supplement that would give you the other electrolytes and increase the fluid intake.
If it continues then you may need to see your doctor for assessment to rule out other causes.
I hope this helps
