Can Preparation H Affect The Penis Size?

Would preparation H make a penis shrink temporarily or permanently? I had a slight rash and used some accidentally, thinking it was something else. I noticed just a short while ago that I seem smaller. I m not sure if it s in my head or what, but looking up how the cream works, it seems like it could be related. I assume it s only temporary but obviously I m a little worried.

No. The penis size when not erect varies all over the place. Stimulation of anywhere around the penis will tend to make it more erect. This includes rectal irritation. So, Preparation H may make the penis less erect, but not actually affect penis size. This is incredibly temporary (minutes), and does not relate to the actual structure, function, or erect size.
