Hallow Dear,
The first cardinal sign of early
pregnancy is missing a period about which there is no mention in your history. The other symptoms like nausea &
vomiting,
frequent urination and breast symptoms appear about 8-10 days after the missed period. You seem to have
breast engorgement with tenderness which can be due to pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy tests are not known to give false positive tests; sometimes, particularly if done too early, they may report false negative.
Blood test estimates Beta hCG hormone levels in the blood. Hence it is very sensitive and accurate in its results. Moreover, this test can detect the pregnancy even few days before missed period. Values of hCG under 5 mIU/ml are found in non-pregnant state while values more than 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy. You may rely more on blood test than urine test.
However, you are yet to get the results of Blood test. Since, urine test is pregnancy positive, I am sure, Blood test also will endorse this diagnosis.
I hope this convinces you.
