Can Precum Cause Pregnancy?

i had just gotten off my period and my partner and i had gotten aroused and started to play with one another when he was on top of me he has started to get precum on his tip and i touched it and wiped it off with my hands then i got on top of him and started to rub myself on him he did not go inside me but afterwards i had absentmindedly also touched myself with the same hand after it had the precum on it but it was dried off could either of these things cause me to get pregnant?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns . Entry of sperms into vagina by any means can lead to pregnancy.
If you have touched your vagina by the hands with precum on it, it can lead to pregnancy. However, the chances are low as the ovulation is very rare immediately after the periods are over, and thus the chances of conception are low.
I would suggest you to wait for the period, if delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test done and further management should be done accordingly.
