Hi Doc...
I will just ask if primary complex is really hard to distinguish?
My son already had ppd and the result is 12mm and my doctor told us that he is positive for TB
His xray result is There is fullness in retrocardiac area.
But other physician told us that my son is not positive in TB.?
Please help me coz im so worried about it.

Hi,
PPD of 12 mm merely means that your son has TB infection and not necessarilyTB disease. It is generally the TB disease that needs to be treated. It all depends on clinical symptoms and supportive investigations. Details of your son like his age, exact Xray findings and his symptoms will help to exactly know the nature of his illness.
