Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion cycloreg tablets are used for postponement of menses rather than preponement.They need to be taken 2 days before the expected period and taken till the day you dont want the periods.There is no relation between conception and cycloreg.But frequent usage for changing the timing of periods might cause hormonal imbalance leading to irregular periods.As you have irregular cycles the fertile period cannot be known exactly.So regular intercourse increases the conception chances.Avoid stress as it might delay fertility further.Hope this helps.
