Can Periods Be Postponed While On Ovral G?

I am taking Ovaral G for last two months I have got my periods on 3rd of this month ,there is religious function at my home with my compulsory presence from date 1 to 5 th , how am I supposed to postpone my periods with continue usage of ovaral g? When I should start taking pill s?? As it is 21 pills packet.I am suffering from pcod , with ovaral g menstrual results are satisfactory. Kindly suggest the date i should start taking ovaral g for postponing periods till 6 th of next month?

But due to the presence of hormones in the tablets, they can be used to delay your period as well. A woman on birth control pills experiences bleeding similar to that of periods. However, the bleeding that one experiences while on the pill is quite different from bleeding that occurs during the menstrual cycle.
