Can Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Cause Abdominal Cramps?
Can pelvic inflammatory problems cause spasm/ cramps in the abdominal area; Very intense pain debilitating that are so sharp you want to pass out. Last for about a minute to two mins. Can it also be in the bladder and other areas in the belly. There is also passing of blood when urinating.

It seems that you are having urinary tract infection.
It could be cystitis, nephritis, urethritis like form.
So urine routine microscopic examination should be done first
If it shows pus cells than take antibiotic course for 7-14 days depending on requirement
If needed your USG scan also will be done
