Can Pellets Lead To Baldness?

Hello I am a 26 year old male.

I was shoot in the head with a pelt gun, when I was 16 years of age I never got treatment
It was a girl, that actdently shot me. I never thoguht anything of it. But now that I am 26 I am going bald because the pelt was still loged in to the top f my head. Do i have lead poisoning and if so what am i do? I have no health insurance or a job.

Abdominal cramps
Aggressive behavior
Anemia
Constipation
Fatigue
Headaches
High blood pressure
Irritability
Kidney dysfunction
Loss of developmental skills in children
Loss of appetite
Memory loss
Nerve Palsies
Numbness or tingling in the extremities
Sleep problems

Hair Loss is not reported to be common in Lead Toxicity

Since you have not mentioned any well known symptom of Lead Toxicity, the chances of you having lead poisoning from the pellet are less
