Can Painful Fingers, Be Related With High Blood Pressure?

I seem to be having trouble with my last 3 fingers on both hands when I sleep at night. and lately my blood pressure reading have been a higher and feeling a bit anxious and needed to breath deeply to calm down. just curious to see if they are connected or separate symptoms can you help.

Hi welcome to health care magic. After going through your query I think it is not related to high blood pressure .You need to consult to physician for high blood pressure.
