Can Pain In Forearm And Difficulty In Lifting, Be Side Effects Of Graves Disease?

I have been having severe pain in the top of my fore arm like the muscle part and my elbow but also in my knuckles
sometimes I cant even touch the top of my arm or if I bump it it is painful. it is getting hard for me to lift with this arm due to the pain. I have graves disease and am wondering if this could be just a side effect from that.

Hi there.

Yes.....of course Graves disease can cause myalgia or muscle pain like this .

Kindly consult a good endocrinologist for the disease as I think it may have gotten flared up leading to myalgia .

For the pain I would suggest that you take analgesic like nucoxia or aceclofenac .

I hope my advice has helped
