Can overeating lead to nausea, stomach pain and motions ?

Ive been pooping all morning and feeling nausious and sick to my stomach. Could it be caise I, overate last night? I ate pizza half of a italian bread 3 cups of coffee a lot of fried mozzrella cheese and a turkey sandwich
