Can Ovarian Cysts, Endometriosis And Bleeding From Cervix Be A Sign Of Cervical Cancer?

I have been having really bad abdominal cramping and light bleeding and spotting around the time I would ovulate. The pain is very, very intense to where I'm curled up in a ball and it goes into my lower back, too. My GYN doc did an exam on me yesterday. Before the exam said he would send me to another doctor who would do a laparoscopy/scope procedure based on what we find. He was leaning toward my ovarian cysts rupturing or endometriosis being aggressive. When he did the exam and swabbed my cervix I began bleeding very profusely. He said that he has not seen anyone have bleeding that bad in "many years". He put a medicine on my cervix that is made to bond w/ the blood cells to create a clot and stop bleeding. So, I know there are a lot of options it could be. I did have cellular dysplasia about 4+ years ago. I keep trying to find what the most likely issue would be. I know there are some STDs, which I don't think is possible bc I've been married for 4 years, or my cysts, or endometriosis, which we know I have but wonder if it's getting worse, or it could be cervical cancer. The only googles I have done all the results just talk about it being cervical cancer. I want to know what this is most likely to be. My doctor also said that visually/pysically everything looked good. He didn't see signs of an infection or anything and did feel tumors inside. I know that there can still be cell growth that is not a tumor so I just want to get a realistic grasp on this.

Hello Ms,
Could you please provide me with a few further details. What is your age? What was the age when you had your first period? Have your periods been regular or not? Or if they have been regular before and irregular now, please describe a little about the changes in your period flow/ regularity. Also, could you tell me details of your obstetric history (if any). How many conceptions/ abortions/ live births do you have?
You mentioned that you have pain and cramping and spotting. On which day of your menstrual cycle does the pain and spotting occur? Counting from the first day of your cycle as day one.
We will work on your query methodically.
