Can Orofer-xt Better Than Ferrium To Control Hemoglobin Level?
I am suffering from crohn's disease and hemeoglobin goes down upto 6 and 7 level. I was suggested first FERRIUM-XT tab which was not found suitable as I felt severe stomach pain. Now I am suggested OROFER-XT to control level of H.B. Will it be good option for me ?

Ferrium -XT tab has Folic Acid (1.5mg) , Iron (100mg).
OROFER-XT contains Elemental Iron (100 mg) , Elemental Zinc (1.55 mg) , Folic Acid (22.5 mg).
So, in comparision to FERRIUM XT, OROFER- XT is definitely a better choice in your condition.
