Can Opexa Gel Be Used To Remove Dark Line On Face?

i hurt myself with my nail on my face my docter suggested me to use OPEXA GEL ( product of ajanta pharma) ( ingredients of which are decamethly cyclopentasiloxane , silicone elastomer dispersion of decamethly cyclopentasiloxane, dimethyl siloxane , dimethicone /dimenthicone crosspolymer, silica, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate ). Is it useful to remove the dark line left after the wound ?

hi,
thank you for posting your query on HCM.
as per your history, you had trauma for which you applied opexa gel.
my advise would be:
1. opexa gel used for protecting and relieving dry/cracked skin, so applying opexa gel won't relive your hyperpigemntation.
2. for your post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, you may use retino a(0.5%) cream applied at night time for a maximum of half hour for 2-3 wks.
wash your face if you get irritation, and use sunscreen applied 20 minutes before stepping out in sun.
