Hi...dear weddi..,
Thanks for choosing HCM...,
I gone through Ur compalints.......
1) ACNE VULGARIS...It is Pilosebaceousgland..,
infection...due to Hyperactivity of Hormones...,
accompanied with Polyporus Acnale(bacteria)..,
common in Adolscent and young age individuals ok..,
SOTRET.....it is Isotretinoin ...noticeably reduces the production of sebum and shrinks the sebaceous glands. It stabilizes keratinization and prevents comedones from forming. The exact mechanism of action is unknown, however it is known that like other retinoids, Isotretinoin works by altering DNA transcription. This effect decreases the size and output of sebaceous glands, makes the cells that are sloughed off into the sebaceous glands less sticky, and therefore less able to form comedone..during pregnancy should not use...bcoz it has teratogenic effect..,
DOSE ...is 20 mg daily for 3 months will give good result..,
2) For PIGMENTATION..
a) Wearing SUNSCREEN LOTIONS is essential, whether you are trying to fade marks or have no marks to fade whatsoever. It should be a part of your skin care eg..SUNCOTE, SUNBAN, UV-GUARD....SPF 50
b)EXFOLIATION....Exfoliating helps fade your marks faster by shedding old skin and bringing new skin to the surface. There are lots of options for exfoliation, such as scrubs and washcloths...eg.Retino-A, glycolic peelsazelaic acid, like Finacea, is also known for lightening skin.
c) SKINLIGHTENERS...Hydroquinone, vit C ...and applying vitamin E (either a vitamin E product, 100% vitamin E oil, or vitamin E poked from a gel capsule)
d) FACIAL PROCEDURES... such as chemical peels, lasers, and/or microdermabrasion. Facial procedures do not perform miracles either because it also takes two to three treatment sessions for you to start seeing your desired results...,
ok..thanQ
