Can one get cured of torticollis if he takes his medicines regularly ?

my father is suffering from torticollis since 2-3 years age-55 can he be cured i would like to share that he has lost his continuity of tablets from the best neuro sergeon in town and wants to kno if cont. in what time will he be cured completely??? can you help.........?
