Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic. I have read your query and understood your concern.

Such rash which comes and go of its own without treatment is unlikely to be fungal infection. Otherwise also, fungal infection is not related to anemia.

I will advice you to put good pic or visit the dermatologist in person for examination.

As per details, it is my best advice for you.
Good luck.
