Can Nifediac Cause Dizziness And Light Headedness?

32my height is 53 i weight 186 and i take blood pressure pills my blood pressure be 117/73 and when i take my medicine it lowers it to low like 97 /73 and it make my chest hurt and feel light headed and dizzy i take nifediac cc 30mg er tablets i dont think they agree with me
