Can Nausea, Sore Breasts, Stomach Pain And Vomiting Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

pregnancy
lately I've been having nausea and vomiting but it's not every day. my breast are sore and i have stomach pain sometimes. recently i haven't taken a pregnancy test but last time i felt that way i took a pregnancy test and i wasn't. what else could this be?

A home pregnancy test is to be conducted at least 2 eeeks from the suspected date of conception or on or after the second day of a missed period using an early morning urine sample.

As for the other possibility a hormonal imbalance is quite likely, but can be brought about by various factors like infections, stress, birth control pills, etc.
