Hi,
Your mother has ischemic heart disease and arrhythmia (atrial fibrilation).
If her blochage is stable she can go with medication, she should take medications both for ischemic heart disease and arrhythmia, in case of her arrhythmia, she should take eather aspirin or anticoagulant medication. Her doctor will calculate risks and discuss the medication with you.
She should try to follow healthy lifestyle and diet.
