Can Multiple Endometrial Cysts Cause Miscarriage And Heavy Bleeding?
I had a miscarriage and was 6 weeks pregnant. I have been bleeding for about a month, and I am going on day #2 of very heavy bleeding. I have also had 5 days of foul smelling discharge. My GP referred me to the hospital ER for a D and C, but the ER doctor said I do not need it as the Ultrasound showed there was no left over pregnancy tissue. There are multiple Endometrial Cysts, the biggest is 3 mm. Could Endometrial cysts be the cause of the miscarriage and also the bleeding I ve been having?

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that the the miscarriage you had is due to the multiple endometrial cyst you developed and the vaginal bleeding you are having is also due to the endometrial cyst because the cyst produce a hormone called estrogen that causes excessive bleeding from the vagina so please check out with the lab for hormone profile test meanwhile if the result indicate high estrogen take duphaston
