Can Missed Periods, Diarrhea And Cramps Be Signs Of Pregnancy?
i have missed my period for two months now. I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests and one blood test and all are negative. But i have had diahrea for as long as i can remember i i've been having really bad cramps. What may this mean? Could i still be pregnant?

all these symptomps are non specific so dont rely on these symptomps...'
only urine test or sonography can confirm diagnosis...
if urine test are negative, then there is no chance of pregnancy...
if still you want confirmation, get sonography done.
