Can medicines directly attack glioblastoma cells and destroy them?

I like to know if the drug (less than 20 nanometers size) passes the Blood-Brain Barrier and directly attacks Glioblastoma, and destroys it, what are the chances of survival of a patient. Email. YYYY@YYYY I realize that all drugs have side effects.
