Can Masturbation Cause Low Sperm Count?
Hello doctor. I am 27 year old now and my parents are planning for my marriage. And am really nervous because i am having the habit of mastertbating and i think i would have low sperm count. I wanted to know what kind of vegetarian foods i should eat to increase the sperm count?

There is no relation between masturbation and your sperm count. So dont worry fof that. And still if you hzvd doubt then do semen analysis once.
