I am masturbating from the age of 11.now I am 18.My hairs on my head is 1/3 of normal.i tried to stop masturbating but I got nightfall problem.This occurs in5-7days.Pls tell me how can I stop this and I also want my hairs back healthy and strong.pls tell me

this is a psychological problem take counseling from clinical psychologist.it is not linked to loss of hair. counseling is the only remedy.
