Can Mastoiditis Cause Ear Aches And Headaches?

Hello I am a 51 year old female and been having trouble with my left ear, feels like something is down there, and hurts gives me a headache, I have a sinus infection and he said I have this mastoiditis, gave me Cipra 500mg 2x daily and to take ibuprophen 800 mg 3 x daily.

hello, thanks for your query, mastoiditis ( mastoid is air containing bone connected to middle ear, whenever ear infection goes to mastoid bone causes mastoiditis leads to hearing loss, ear discharge and pain. it could be from middle ear or sinus infections. kindly evaluate by an ent surgeon it may pores to brain abscess. all the best. take care.
