Can Magnesium Deficiency Be Managed Using Natural Healing Therapy?
My name is Julie. I am 70 yrs old and passionate about natural healing. I am looking for the best and most economical way to supplement my magnesium deficiency transdermally. I 1/2 tsp of Epsom salts in water with 1/2 tsp of baking soda, dissolved, and started applying to my forearms. What to you think?

You have not mentioned the clinical symptoms, because if this not the clinically proven magnesium related disease till then it is not advisable to try any unscientific or non pharmacy agents. Better advise must have been given if you could have explained the symptoms.
