Can Magnesium And Zinc Supplements Be Taken While On Tryptophan And Lithium?

Should I use L tyrosene, 5htp, L-tryptophan, lithium oritate for depression? In addition to that zinc & magnesium to help with muscle spasms,porn addiction/cravings? I m about to head out to the health food store for these. Is it safe to take all these supplements on a daily basis spread out over the hours?
