Can Magic Mushrooms Influence The Effect Of Birth Control Pills?
Hi! About 2 weeks ago my girlfriend and I tried magic mushrooms. The day before our condom had broken, so we bought a day after pill but decided to use it just after the mushrooms. Now her period is late about 2 weeks and she had a positive on a pregnancy test. Is it possible that the mushrooms caused a false positive or we have a baby?

There are no substances in the magic mushrooms (active ingredent psillocybin) to cause the false positive. Perhaps under the influence of the mushrooms you lost track of time, which is common. Hence the day-after pill may have been too late to help.
Now that she is pregnant, lead a healthy lifestyle which you should teach by example. Enjoy your baby and make sure it is well taken care of in and out of the womb.
