General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Vitamin deficiency will not cause fever but may make you susceptible to recurrent infections.
Tiredness, fragile bones can occur due to low levels of vitamins.

Have healthy balanced diet. Eat vitamin rich vegetables and fruits, take vitamin supplements to meet your requirements.
Vitamin-D is also synthesized in our body when exposed to sun. Make sure you spend some time in sun.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Wish you good health.
