Can Low Haemoglobin Cause Breathlessness And Low Eosinophils?

Hi, am Shriya , my age is 28, am 5 ft 4 inch, weight 75 Kg, Female. My haemoglobin is 8.4 currently, when I take iron supplements it reaches 11 but again drops if iron supplements are discontinued. Since the age of 10 many times I suffer from short breathlessness, even heart check ups could not trace any abnormality but my eosinophilia is also low. But now since a month the short breathlessness has increased specially in morning. I also have migraine, MRI reports of brain are normal. I always feel hungry and lazy Please help me with this

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Decrease haemoglobin causes lethargy and tiredness.
2. Yes, it can cause breathlessness. Continue iron supplements and also include iron in your diet through modifying your food.
3. Eosinophils if low, does not cause breathlessness. However anemia can. Migraine can be functional and also due to low oxygen. improve your haemoglobin. Get a monthly checkup until normal levels are reached.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
