Can Low BP Be The Cause Of Lightheadedness And Headaches?

Hello, I am a 19 year old female. Height 5 3 , weight 122 lbs. I have recently been experiencing some lightheadedness when I stand, and have been very thirsty. I have also been getting tension headaches. My blood pressure is 110/72. Is this normal or is there cause for concern?

HI welcome to HCM.
You seem to have low blood pressure and this can cause various symptoms like dizziness and occasional headaches.I advice you to have regular physical workouts and weight loss.Increase the intake of salt in your diet >6gm/day.Adequate hydration of 3-4 liters of water a day is needed.Elevate the foot end of your bed while sleeping.these measures can promptly reverse your symptoms.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
