Can Lose Weight Easily, But Soon Increases Though Walk Uphill, Do Pilates. Help?

I have always struggled with my weight, I can lose it easy but it creeps back on no matter what I do. I have been walking 30 mins a day uphill and 20 mins every other day doing Pilates but I still gain weight, friends who follow same diets as me loose weight really easy and keep it off without difficulty, I have tried to follow weight watchers for maintaining my weight but i slowly gain by 500gms a month, I used to weight 58kg but after having children I went up to 85kg I'm am now 76 but wish to be 65, I have tried a lot of different diets but find them hard to follow long term. Please help!!!!

Hello,
If you are gaining weight easily, then either there is something wrong with your diet or Thete is some underlying medical condition like hypothyroidism or PCOS etc.Consult a doctor to look for any medical condition and take the services of a dietician who can monitor your diet properly on a longterm basis.
Keep doing your exercises regularly.
Thanks
