Ideally for you your weight should be your height minus 100. To reduce weight you will have to have diet including green leafy vegetables, fruits. Plenty of water. Exercise like brisk walking atleast 30 min thrice a week. Next about the medications , during the initial 3 months of pregnancy no medicatios are safe fir developing baby except folvite. Hence in my opinion talk to your neuro doctor about your plan of conception so that he can modify them accordingly. Above measures will help you in conception.
