Can Livolin Forte Be Taken For Abdominal Pain Under The Ribs?
Sir, my name is Tola, reactive to hbsag. I used livolin forte for about a year, the doctor later asked me to stop. Its roughly a year now i v not been on lovolin or any other medication but I most time feel pains in my right abdomen under the ribs and pains in my right illiac fossa. Pls sir, can I resume using the livolin forte? Thanks
Hi , Welcome to the HCM. Since you have been diagnosed gor Hepatitis BAg positive. That means you have active viral infection. You had stopped this drug after discussing with your doctor. If after one year you again got the pain that might be because of undelying hep.B disease. My opinion would be get an ultrasound abdomen to rule out further detoriation of liver and then you can have this drug after discussing with your doctor. Regards, Dr.Maheshwari
